The new Sirman Mantegna Bacon Slicer is an essential piece of equipment for butchers and delis selling freshly sliced meats

Designed for countertop use

The new Sirman Mantegna Bacon Slicer is designed for safe and hygienic countertop use.  It's rounded design has no sharp edges or visible screws. This makes it easy to wipe clean, preventing flavour transfer between different types of meat. A built-in sharpening tool, which is protected at the bottom, ensures all slices are cut crisply and cleanly time after time. The grease guard mounted along the thickness gauge plate can be removed for cleaning, while the stainless steel slice deflector has a snap-on bayonet fitting.

The thickness of the slices can be adjusted between 0 to 29mm using the large plastic knob. Rubber feet ensure the slicer doesn’t slip on the counter during operation, while vulcanised rubber stops on the carriage further protect the user during slicing. Plastic pushbuttons control the operation of the 275W motor and a cover at the base of the slicer allows access to the electrical components for servicing and maintenance,

The Mantegna slicer measures 750 x 600 x 695mm and has a blade size of 300mm. It is supplied with a full one year parts and labour warranty.
