How can I order product(s) from FEM?
If you are an FEM distributor you can place an order online by logging in to your account. Alternatively you can place an order with a member of our sales team. FEM are a trade only supplier. We will only deliver and invoice via our approved distributor network nationwide. If you are an end user you can order FEM products from a number of distributors across the UK and Ireland.
How do I order online?
You can order online by logging into your dealer account, selecting items and adding them to your basket. When you have selected the items you wish to order then review and submit your order.
How can I contact an FEM Sales Representative?

I am an end user - how can I find a distributor?
You can find a list of our distributors on the Find A Dealer section of this website.
How do I log in to my dealer account for the first time?
To login to your account for the first time click ‘Dealer Login’ on the homepage and then ‘Logging in for the first time?’. You will then be prompted to activate your account by entering the login details you have been supplied with and a contact name and email address to link the account to. The contact name and email address you enter here will be used as a point of contact for any orders placed and confirmation of any orders will be sent to the email address entered.
I have activated my account. How do I log in the next time?
You can log in to your account by choosing the ‘Dealer Login’ option on the website homepage and entering your username and password.
I have forgotten the username and/or password for my dealer account.
If you have forgotten your login details please contact our Marketing Department on 01355 244111 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
I am a dealer and would like to order online but I have not been allocated log in details from FEM.
In this instance please call the office on 01355 244111.
Can I change or cancel an order after it has been submitted online?
Yes. If you have submitted an order online (i.e. received a confirmation) which you would now like to cancel or amend then please call 01355 244111 as soon as possible between Monday-Friday 9am – 5pm.
How do I pay for the order?
Once you have submitted an order online you will receive an invoice from our office for your online purchases in the same way that you currently receive invoices for your offline purchases. Prices are subject to the current rate of VAT. Invoices must be settled within 30 days end of month following date of invoice.
