If you have a valid credit account with FEM, simply review your order and complete your transaction without the need to provide your details each time. 

• Pay by Card

If you'd rather pay by card, this option is now available to you. Order safely and securely through card payment and receive your order confirmation within minutes. 

• Spare Parts Finder

Another completely new feature is our spare parts and accessory finder. Simply enter the code you require or use our filters to find the part that's right for you. Click here to view.

• Request a Return or Repair

If for any reason you'd like to return or require work on a product that you have purchased from us, simply complete an online form and we will be in touch ASAP. Click here to view.

• Find a Distributor

Enter your postcode or location and find the distributors closest to you on our map. We'll even let you know how many miles are between you and your local distributors. Click here to view.

• View invoices and payments

We want you to have access to as much information as possible and this is why you can now view all of your invoice details on your dashboard. You'll be kept up-to-date with your 1 month and current month totals and be able to view all previous transactions.

• Track your order
  

With our new track your order feature, there is no need to worry about the whereabouts of your order. Use your order reference to find out exactly where your shipment is and when it will arrive with you. Click here to view.
