This year’s NRA show provided yet another opportunity for attendees to showcase the most innovative products and services in the industry. The team at FEM were delighted to see so many of our partner manufacturers' creations on display.

Alto-Shaam presented their Vector Ovens, nominated for the Kitchen Innovation Award. This showcased the benefits to operators of exclusive Structured Air Technology and the flexibility, variety and space-savings with four ovens in one. Also nominated for the prestigious Kitchen Innovation Award were Prince Castle’s Modular Holding Bins, a versatile range of modular individually heated bins which can be configured and expanded to meet the needs of a growing business.

On the Vollrath stand were the new Modular Induction Dry Well Drop-Ins, using induction technology which eliminates the need for water, steam or drainage. The Dry Well Drop-In System includes two induction zones per well with adjustable temperature control to deliver optimal hot food holding.

On the Cambro stand were their new GoBag Thernal Bags. The durable nylon fabric material protects food quality while high-density insulation keeps food hot or cold.

Also exhibited at the show was Hamilton Beach Commercial’s CPM800 Food Mixer, featuring an 8 litre stainless steel bowl and a variable 7 speed dial + pulse. Along with Manitowoc Ice’s Indigo NXT range of modular ice makers – both coming soon to FEM!
