FEM recently travelled to Orlando, Florida, to attend the 2017 NAFEM foodservice equipment trade show.
A host of new product innovations were showcased at the show's WHAT'S HOT! WHAT'S COOL!® new product gallery. It was great to see our Partner Manufacturers featured! See our NAFEM show recap...
The What’s Hot What’s Cool® exhibit showcased the most innovative new foodservice products across a variety of foodservice applications. Among them was the all-new Quantum™ High Performance Blender with Endura™ Technology by Hamilton Beach Commercial. This new design features exceptional durability, quiet operation and increased energy savings (pictured below).
Along with sneak peaks and product previews, Hamilton Beach Commercial also treated guests to a juicing bar which proved very popular, featuring the 932 manual citrus juicer the EXPEDITOR culinary blenders in action. Product demonstrations & recipes were also offered on the Manitowoc Ice stand.
Alto-Shaam introduced the Vector™ Multi–Cook Oven, featuring exclusive Structured Air Technology™. Imagine the flexibility, variety and space-savings with four ovens in one. Control temperature, fan speed and time in multiple, independent oven chambers all in one small 21” footprint.
On the Cambro stand was a new innovation in insulated transport with the introduction of the hot/cold split food transporter (pictured below). Cambro also introduced the new X-Pan Food Pans, featuring elevated performance including temperature tolerance of up to 190°C and microwave safe, contact us for more information. Serving up in style, the latest range of trays were launched pairing performance with durability and design. Our favourite transport carriers also just got better as we launch the UPC300 for 2017!
On the Server stand was the introduction of the new ConserveWell Drop-In Utensil Holder, iliminating the problem of bacetria build up on utensils caused by traditional dipper well sinks.
