The FEM sales team recently travelled to Orlando, Florida, to attend the 2013 NAFEM foodservice equipment trade show.

Alto-Shaam - 4.10CCi CT Express
"Alto-Shaam’s new compact combi oven can now be ordered with an integrated catalytic converter and an optional toasting/finishing element. It is unlike any other combi oven on the market. The integrated catalytic converter allows for placement of the combi in places where a hood vent is not available or practical. The optional toasting element feature is perfect for fast-casual sandwich operations."

Cambro - Combo Cart™ Plus
"The Combo Cart™ Plus, allows unlimited versatility in holding sheet pans, GN food pans, trays and even pizza boxes. These transporters come with two separate compartments and offer the flexibility of heating one or both compartments. Hamilton Beach - Blend In Cup
"The Hamilton Beach Commercial Blender (Model BIC2000) with Blend in Cup technology is designed to greatly improve the ease and efficiency of blending smoothies. It blends ice, frozen fruit slices, fruit juice or fruit puree in most types of disposable cups that can then be served directly to the customer, thus eliminating wasted ingredients that are normally left in a blender jar and not served to the customer. It also rinses itself automatically between each blend cycle."
