Why not create a mini smoothie menu for summer alongside your existing drinks offering – it’ll be sure to go down a treat with customers as a healthy and cooling alternative to coffee and fizzy drinks. Great as both takeaway and sit-in beverages in cafes and restaurants, we’ve shared 3 ideas to start you off. Full of fruity goodness, the Fruit Fusion is a must-have for all smoothie recipes. Simply put all of the ingredients into your Hamilton Beach Bar Blender and blend until smooth!
To make 4 Fruit Fusions, you’ll need:
2 apples peeled, cored and chopped
100g seedless grapes
3 tablespoons caster sugar
1 tray ice cubes
