Prática is a Brazilian-based manufacturer specialising in high-speed commercial ovens designed to enhance kitchen efficiency, reduce operational costs, and deliver consistent, high-quality results.​

Founded in 1991, Prática is South America's leading manufacturer of food service and bakery equipment. Since 2007, Prática has been engineering and manufacturing Speed Ovens.

The core product line comprises high-speed ovens that utilise advanced cooking technologies, including impinged hot air, microwave, and direct radiation.  These ovens are engineered for rapid cooking of various foods such as pizzas, sandwiches, chicken wings, tortillas, and empanadas.  Notably, their ventless design incorporates a removable catalytic converter, eliminating the need for external hoods and simplifying installation and maintenance.​

Each model is equipped with a full-colour capacitive touchscreen interface, allowing for the programming of over 300 recipes for one-touch automation.  The ovens also feature removable air filters for easy cleaning and maintenance.​

FEM will be offering the full Prática high speed oven range, including single- and double-magnetron models, stackable ovens and an extra-wide version for larger products.  There is also a high-speed oven dedicated to pizza cooking.
