Each charcoal oven is made of premium steel and coated with insulating materials to optimise charcoal usage and reduce heat radiation. With an adjustable air inlet and fume outlet and an interior firewall for added security. The sunken fire bowl makes the most of the oven space, plus the higher lid height allows for several grills and spacious cooking.

The design of the inner chamber favours air recirculation, guaranteeing homogeneous distribution of heat and better performance of the combustible material. Closed grills make it possible for to cook food in an enclosed space. By regulating the flow of air entering the oven you can control the cooking temperature. The working range of temperatures is between 250°C to 350°C, perfect for both indoor and outdoor use.
