Meat Slicers
The Sirman meat slicer range includes slicing machines designed for varying levels of use within commercial kitchens. The Mirra medium-duty slicers have an adjustable thickness feature and are ideal for small restaurants and coffee shops. The Canova and Palladio heavy-duty slicers are perfect for catering and canteens and the Galileo extra heavy-duty slicer for use within large butchers. Speciality slicers such as the Mantegna bacon slicer, Mantegna fresh meat slicer and the Anniversario flywheel slicer are also available. The Palladio automatic heavy-duty slicers have automatic controls.
